I was so excited for the Wisconsin Badgers football game time releases, but then I realized it’s a Wisconsin at Northwestern year and I’ll spend the next several months dreading that day.
The Wisconsin Badgers football team will open the 2022 season in 100 days and it will do so under the lights at Camp Randall Stadium.
The Big Ten Conference announced the kickoff times for the first three weeks of games, along with start times for all of the homecoming games.
The Badgers will open the season in September 3rd against Illinois State with kickoff set for 6:00 p.m. (Central Time) and nationally televised on FS1.
The Badgers then will play home games against Washington State on September 10th and New Mexico State on September 17th with both of those games having kickoff set for 2:30 p.m. (Central Time). The matchup with the Cougars will be televised on FOX, with the game against the Aggies being televised on the Big Ten Network (BTN).

Kickoff for both of those games will be at either 2:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. (Central Time). Wisconsin’s homecoming game against Purdue on October 22nd will kickoff at 2:30 p.m. (Central Time).
