Rachaad White to Skip Arizona State’s Bowl Game to Begin NFL Draft Prep

When the Arizona State Sun Devils take the field at Allegiant Stadium against the Wisconsin Badgers in the SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl they will be without running back Rachaad White.

Rachaad White announced that he will be skipping the Bowl Game to prepare for the 2022 NFL Draft.

White was a JUCO transfer from Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California when he arrived in Tempe before the shortened 2020 season.

Despite it being a shortened season last year, White averaged 10 yards per carry. White exploded on the national radar this season, rushing for 1,006 yards and 15 touchdowns in 12 games for ASU.

To go along with the rushing numbers, White had 40 receptions for 425 yards and one receiving touchdown.

White earned a spot in the 2022 Senior Bowl and likely will earn an invite to the NFL Combine.
