Maccabi Tel Aviv (6-3) loses a heartbreaker to CSKA Moscow (5-4), 74-73, at Megasport Arena in Moscow.
This was a heck of a game between the two teams. There was the type of intensity by both teams you’d see in a Finals game. Neither team led by more than five points with each team throwing haymaker after haymaker.
It’s tough to win and it’s tough to lose these types of games.
Maccabi had the ball with a chance to take the lead in the final 14.9 seconds, but a missed shot and Moscow defensive rebound ended the game.
