Shorthanded Milwaukee Bucks Blown Out in Miami

The Milwaukee Bucks (1-1) get blown out by the Miami Heat (1-0), 137-95, at FTX Arena in Miami, Florida.

This was like watching a preseason game tonight. Giannis Antetokounmpo picked up two early fouls, all the bigs were on the bench and six players were out with injuries.

The Heat pushed around the Bucks tonight physically and mentally tonight. PJ Tucker set the tone tonight for physical play, literally pushing Bucks around.

Side note, too bad Tucker didn’t hit 3-pointers at the clip he did tonight (2-for-3) for the Bucks.

The Heat challenged a play while up 30 points. I guess Erik Spoelstra really wanted to try and win an early season game by 50 points. Doesn’t matter, the Bucks have the ring he has never won without LeBron.

Giannis Antetokounmpo finished with a team-high 15 points on 4-of-11 from the field and 10 rebounds.

The other Bucks that finished in double-figures were Grayson Allen (14), Sandro Mamukelashvili (12), Jordan Nwora (11) and Khris Middleton (10).

Up Next:

The Bucks will travel to Texas to play the San Antonio Spurs (1-0) on Saturday, October 23rd. Tipoff is set for 7:30 PM (Central Time).
