Milwaukee Bucks Advance To The Eastern Conference Finals!

A Wisconsin sports team didn’t choke in a close playoff game, despite Adam Silver making the call to have the officiating have some Brooklyn bias! Hell has frozen over and pigs are flying!

It took overtime, but the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Brooklyn Nets, 115-111, in tonight’s Game 7 from the Barclays Center in the Eastern Conference Semifinals! There were 20 lead changes and 10 ties. Just a hell of a game, despite the brutal officiating all night!

I had zero faith, just the way it should be.

This is the first time in franchise history the Milwaukee Bucks have comeback to win a series after going down 0-2.

I am pretty sure I went into cardiac arrest multiple times during the game, I may need to send an invoice to the Bucks for my medical bills. I don’t have many words right now, all I can say is: GO BUCKS!

There’s a flood advisory in my neighborhood because of my happy tears! Please avoid all roads if you live in the area!

For all the bad luck that has followed Wisconsin sports through the years, Kevin Durant’s big feet and having the toe on the line at the end of regulation is something that will be remembered for a long time.

I’d like to thank Joe Harris for being absolutely terrible for a majority of this series.

Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday were brutal for a majority of the game, but both of them hit some key buckets down the stretch in regulation and overtime.

For me, one of the biggest plays, if not the biggest play, in the game was when Brook Lopez blocked Kevin Durant’s layup with 1:01 remaining in overtime and the game tied at 111-111. That defensive stand led to Middleton hitting a 12-footer on the next Bucks possession to go up 113-111 with 40.1 seconds remaining.

Giannis Antetokounmpo and Kevin Durant were both sensational tonight.

Giannis had 40 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists in 50 minutes.

Durant had 48 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists in 53 minutes.

Milwaukee’s second and third options (Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday) were a combined 14-of-49 tonight.

Brooklyn’s second and third options went went 8-for-27 tonight.

An absolute carry job by both players.

The Bucks did have a 109-107 lead with 8.1 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter. Milwaukee had possession and 2.1 seconds left on the shot clock, pretty much all the Bucks had to do was get a (decent) shot up and hit the rim. Instead, Brook Lopez had a brain fart and didn’t put a shot up and tried passing the ball.

“That’s me. I gotta help him better. I gotta do better. I think (we were) fortunate to come out and get the win, but in some ways, all of us were more motivated to make sure we got it, but that’s on me,” Mike Budenholzer said postgame.

I’d love for the Bucks to win the Finals and him on the stage! Bud is a joke!

Bud was terrible in this series and got bailed out by injuries. That’s perfectly fine if you don’t agree with me.

“Guys, thanks for keeping me employed for another two weeks!” – probably Mike Budenholzer’s postgame speech.
