Milwaukee Brewers Win in Extras

The Milwaukee Brewers (29-25) took down the Detroit Tigers (22-32), 3-2, in 10 Innings this afternoon from inside American Family Field.

Luis Urias hit a shot that bounced over the wall to bring in Omar Narvaez with the winning run in the 10th.

The Brewers have now won five straight games, the longest of the 2021 season. Milwaukee is now 1 1/2 games behind the Chicago Cubs and St Louis Cardinals who are tied for first place in the NL Central Division.

Up Next:

The Brewers and Tigers will conclude their two-game series tomorrow. First pitch is set for 6:40 PM (Central Time).

Adrian Houser (3-5, 4.07 ERA) will start for Milwaukee.

Matthew Boyd (2-6, 3.43 ERA) will start for Detroit.
