The Milwaukee Brewers (16-10) took down the Los Angeles Dodgers (16-11), 3-1, tonight at American Family Field.
Freddy Peralta pitched a gem tonight, going six innings, allowing one run on one hit and one walk while striking out seven. Peralta moves to 3-0 on the season.
Josh Hader struck out all three batters in the top of the ninth to earn his seventh save of the season.
Milwaukee only had six hits on the night, but with the pitching performance tonight that was more than enough as the Dodgers only had two hits.
It’s amazing how this team has played, in particular the pitching, with how many injuries the Brewers have had so far in this young season.
The Brewers and Dodgers will square off again tomorrow from American Family Field. First pitch is scheduled for 6:10 PM (Central Time).
Brandon Woodruff (2-0, 1.55 ERA) will start for Milwaukee, while Dustin May (1-1, 2.53 ERA) will start for Los Angeles.
