The 25th-ranked San Jose State Spartans (6-0) will be playing the Boise State Broncos (5-1) tomorrow afternoon at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. Kickoff is set for 3:15 PM (CT) / 1:15 PM (PT). The game will be televised on Fox.
This game is arguably the biggest game in program history for San Jose State.
The Spartans and Broncos were scheduled to play in the regular season on November 28, but it was canceled and declared no contest due to covid issues at the time within the Boise State program.
The two programs have met 14 times and Boise State leads the all-time series 14-0.
The point spread has dropped quite a bit. Boise State opened at around 10 point favorites, but as I write this, Boise State is favored by 6.5 points per Bovada.
I’m truly happiest for all of the loyal SJSU fans that have had some dreadful years over the past three decades.
I’d love nothing more than for SJSU to get their first ever win over Boise State and their first ever conference championship game win (in their first ever appearance).
My Prediction:
Boise State 31, San Jose State 27.
