Halloween Workout

On this Halloween day, here’s a workout for you that I did this morning.

You’ll only need dumbbells for this workout

Warmup:

8 Minutes

3 Sets of Each

10 Slow Single Dumbbell RDL

8 Single Dumbbell Front Squat

6 Push-Ups

4 Burpees

Workout:

30 Minutes

You need to complete 2 sets in the 30 minutes.

10 Devil’s Press Burpee

400 Meter Run

31 Dumbbell Sumo Cleans

300 Meter Run

31 Dumbbell Floor Press

200 Meter Run

31 Dumbbell Front Squats

100 Meter Run

10 Devil’s Press Burpee

Rest for 2 minutes then start your second set!
