Today’s Workout

As we approach the Halloween tomorrow, here’s a workout that I did today.

You can do this with a barbell (which is preferred) or dumbbells.

The First 12 Minutes:

6 sets


1 Snatch Grip Deadlift + 1 Hang High Power Snatch + 2 Hang Power Snatch

Rest for two minutes.

To finish the workout:

4 Sets In 16 Minutes

Use a light to moderate weight because there’s very little rest in this and you’re constantly moving

50 Doubleunders (Jump Rope having the rope go under feet twice each time)

15 Hang Power Snatch or 15 alternate Power Snatches

200 meter run

50 Doubleunders

1 minute rest then repeat this until you complete 4 sets in the 16 minutes.
