College Football Season Began Tonight

The 2020 College Football season officially began tonight with a game between two FCS schools. Central Arkansas defeated Austin Peay 24-17.

There are two FBS games this upcoming Thursday.

I’m still processing how students at Wisconsin and throughout the Big Ten are having huge parties, living in crowded dorms and going to class WITHOUT Covid testing. Yet student athletes, with aggressive testing and protocols, can’t play games in empty venues.

A truly mind-boggling failure from the Big Ten (and Pac-12 for that matter)!

Oh that’s because they wanted the tuition money from the students. That’s a fun trick.

The Big Ten and Pac-12 gave their programs a SMU type death penalty that will cripple them for years, all because a September/October decision was made in early August!

I have to say, I wholeheartedly agree with Trump on this tweet:
