The Mountain West Conference has cancelled the fall football season as well as other fall sports due to COVID player health and safety concerns.
The MWC will consider playing in the Spring. The MWC and MAC are the first two conferences in FBS/Division 1-A opting to not play, bringing the total to 26 FBS programs, including UConn.
Nick Saban said “Players are a lot safer with us.”
I’m not sure how much Nick Saban knows about medical stuff, but he wins lots of championships so I side with him on this.
Regarding the Big Ten:
The first presidential candidate to endorse #WeWantToPlay has my vote.
