Only 160 days until the 2020-21 College Basketball season officially begins.

Saint Louis’ Hasahn French withdraws from the 2020 NBA Draft to return to SLU for the 2020-21 season. French averaged 12.4 PPG and 10.4 RPG in 2019-20.

Travis Ford is in position to have his best team at SLU in 2020-21. The Atlantic 10 goes through Chaifetz Arena.

Xavier will host Oakland on December 2nd at the Cintas Center.

Robert Morris has emerged as a potential candidate to join the Horizon League. A final decision is expected at some point in the next month.

The WCC has released its conference matchups for the 20-21 season.

Quality forward thinking by the WCC:

1. Only 16 league games just like they’ve done the last couple seasons.

2. Scheduling flexibility.

3. Gonzaga, BYU, Saint Mary’s, San Francisco and Pepperdine will all play each other twice in 20-21.

Pittsburgh will host Gardner Webb in the 20-21 non-conference.

East Tennessee State transfer Daivien Williamson committed to Wake Forest.

Herb Sendek and Santa Clara will play New Mexico State in a neutral site game in Las Vegas on December 23rd.

Arkansas will host UT-Arlington in the 20-21 non-conference.

Boise State and Santa Clara will begin a home-and-home this season at ExtraMile Arena. Return game at Leavey Center in 21-22.

Wright State, Towson, Valparaiso and Georgia State will headline the 2020 Music City Shootout in Nashville.

Penn State will host Bucknell in the 20-21 non-conference.
