Former Wisconsin Badgers running back Bradrick Shaw will finish his career as a California Golden Bear as a graduate transfer, meaning he’s immediately eligible.
Shaw battled injuries throughout his career in Madison, missing the entire 2018 season due to a torn ACL in the 2017 regular season finale among other injuries that caused him to miss some time.
Shaw played in 31 games as a Badger, rushing for 938 yards and 10 touchdowns in his UW career. His best season came in 2016 as a redshirt freshman, going for 457 yards and five touchdowns behind running back’s Corey Clement and Dare Ogunbowale.
California is coming off a 8-5 campaign in 2019, finishing in second place in the Pac-12 North. The Golden Bears do return leading rusher Christopher Brown, who put up 914 yards and eight touchdowns last season.
