San Diego State’s Malachi Flynn will forgo his remaining eligibility and enter the 2020 NBA draft, per Draft Express.
The NCAA is considering a one-time transfer waiver which would provide immediate eligibility for players, a topic that the NCAA is set to table in the next few months.
A big reason the NCAA is even considering the one-time exception for transfers to be immediately eligible is because it wants to be done with waiver business. There’s no excuse for entertaining a rule that could be the most polarizing rule in the history of college sports.
