Micah Potter scored 24 points and added 13 rebounds as the Badgers took down No. 20 Penn State 58-49 this afternoon. Both were career highs for Potter.
Brad Davison added 11 points and a career-high 13 rebounds, while Kobe King added 10 points.
A few days after watching Illinois score 43 second half points, the Badgers held Penn State to 49 points for the game. It was the Nittany Lions lowest output of the season.
The Badgers have now won three straight on the road (at Tennessee, at #5 Penn State, and at #20 Penn State) after opening the season 0-5 away from Madison. The Badgers will host Maryland on Tuesday at the Kohl Center. Tip-off is set for 8:00 pm (CT) and will be aired on ESPN2.
