Jalen Johnson narrows his list to four schools

Nicolet High School’s Jalen Johnson, who holds around 30 scholarship offers, announced Saturday on Twitter that he has narrowed his list to four schools: Arizona, Duke, Kentucky, and the home state Wisconsin Badgers.

The five star guard/forward has been highly touted by the nation’s top programs, and has continued to say that Wisconsin will be in the running throughout the course of his recruitment.

The 2020 recruit is ranked third in his class by 247Sports Composite, and leading up to his announcement of the “final four” he’s considering, Crystal Ball Predictions put Duke as Johnson’s top choice with Wisconsin second in the race.

Johnson and his younger brother, Kobe — who is one of the top prospects in Wisconsin’s 2021 class — visited Wisconsin in the Fall for a football game, and were also in the Kohl Center for UW’s upset win over undefeated Michigan on January 19th.
